CR Windows employ three full time service engineers that service all of our existing contracts that remain under our guarantee terms and conditions.

These gentlemen have over 50 years of experience between them and are experienced in all aspects of the CR Windows manufactured products both old and new.

In addition to the service calls the engineers attend to they also provide a comprehensive and competitive repair service for windows and doors that have not been manufactured and installed by CR Windows.

Whether it is a new door lock you require or a sealed unit/glass, or a missing key, we can assess what is required and provide you with a competitive quotation to replace or repair the affected item.

If you have misted glass, which is when condensation forms between the two panes, this means the spacer bar has broken down and allowed moisture to enter between the glass. There are several reasons for this, the main one being insufficient drainage, our engineers are trained to investigate this and rectify it thus reducing the risk of the unit misting up again.

We purchase our glass from the UK’s largest glass manufacturers, Pilkington Glass and Saint Gobain Glass, so we are able to replace like for like, or why not upgrade to the new energy efficient glass!
